DENNIS E. DRELLISHAK - President
Dennis Drellishak
is the President and Founder of Corporate Screening Services,
Inc., Background Express and The Intelligence Group. He is a
leading authority in the business information services industry
having performed high level business investigations, pre-employment
screening and loss prevention programs since 1981.
Prior to establishing Corporate Screening Services, Drellishak
served as an investigator with the State of Ohio, as Area Security
Manager for a national drug store chain, and as the President
of another professional investigative firm.
Drellishak has successfully assisted thousands of clients in
the development of innovative and cost effective screening programs.
CSS is a leader in employment screening technology, including
utilizing the Internet to retrieve background investigation
results and updates. Corporate Screening Services' secure website,

is home to CSS EASE, the Electronic Applicant Screening Engine.
Drellishak is a frequent speaker on investigative techniques
and loss prevention issues to Professional, Human Resource,
Security and Community Groups. He has served on the Security
Loss Prevention Advisory Committee at Lakeland Community College,
where he has also been an instructor on investigations and corporate
security. Drellishak has also instructed a course on automated
research in criminal justice at Lorain County Community College.
A graduate of Akron University, he holds a Bachelor of Science
Degree in Political Science/Criminal Justice and has attended
numerous seminars and programs by federal, state, local, and
other criminal justice agencies.
Drellishak is active in the security community with memberships
in a number of professional groups, including ASIS (American
Society for Industrial Security), WAD (World Association of
Detective), NCISS (The National Council of Investigative & Security
Services. He is also a former board member of the Ohio Association
of Security & Investigation Services and was previously the
Local Chapter Chairman. He served on the Ohio Attorney General's
Task Force to study Public Records Law in 1993.
GREG DUBECKY -
General
Manager
Greg
Dubecky is General Manager of Corporate
Screening Services, Inc., one of the leading employment
screening and business intelligence firms in the country.
Greg is responsible for the strategic direction and all
company operations including sales, marketing, product
development, and investigative services.
Prior
to leading Corporate Screening, Greg gained valuable
experience as a senior business development representative and
was responsible for securing multi-year relationships with
some of the country’s leading manufacturing, health care and
technology firms. Under
Greg’s direction, Corporate Screening has enjoyed
significant growth and has been recognized as one of the
fastest growing companies in
Northeast Ohio
and named one of the top 23 screening firms in the country.
Greg currently sits on the committee for Ethics and
Accreditation for the National Association for Professional
Background Screening.
Prior
to joining Corporate Screening in 1995, Greg spent 5 years in
investigative related positions with the United States Marshal
Service and Bank One Corporation.
Greg’s industry knowledge, as well as his experience
conducting professional investigations give him insight into
the specific problems and concerns of human resource and loss
prevention professionals.
Greg
holds a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice from
Kent
State

TODD FEHER
- Operations Manager
Todd Feher
has been with Corporate Screening Services, Inc. since 1992.
His responsibilities have ranged from workers compensation
and personal injury surveillance and investigations to pre-employment
screening and business background investigations. Feher brings
a strong investigative background to his position.
In addition
to supervising company operations, Feher conducts specialized
investigations for clients needing in-depth research into
the background of a person or company.
Feher
holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Baldwin
Wallace College, and an Associate of Applied Science degree
in Security and Loss Prevention from Lakeland Community College.
His educational background also includes various seminars
for videography and interview and interrogation.
